Payment By Credit Card

To improve security we accept credit card payments via the PayPal merchant service. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit card when paying us via PayPal. There is a point in the online transaction where you are given the choice of using your PayPal account OR to use your credit card. If you take the credit card option, we do not have access to your card details as you are dealing with PayPal.  All costs for this service are borne by the merchant (us) not the customer (you).

Payment by Direct Fund Transfer

This can be used in the UK and IRE and Europe using the account details below. Identify your payment using your surname and name of event in the Reference field. Then email us to confirm.

User Login

During your first transaction with us you will be asked to set up a user account. You will choose a username and a password. Make a record of both these, as you will need them to access your account on future visits and for any future purchases.

The User Login boxes are located on the lower right column of our site.

Downloadable Products

Video, audio and e-book products are downloadable products. After you complete the payment transaction you will receive an email containing information and a link to your purchase. Follow the instructions to complete the download. If you have any difficulties please contact us for support or advice. Email us at: admin@redsok.com

Webinar Events

You will be sent details of how to log in, however if you are unsure, at the scheduled time, log in to your Redsok account, go to ‘Your Account’ and find the ‘Premium Content’ tab. You should be able to join the meeting from there. If you are early, wait until the meeting commences then join it.

Hosting Package for Events

Many of our workshops are held at private or hospital clinics.  Obviously each workshop has specific requirements regarding space, access, chairs, catering, parking, plinths, gym equipment, floor mats and so on. And often the capacity of the facility determines the number of participants that can be accommodated.  Despite all this, we are happy to work with venues who offer to host our teaching sessions. There are benefits for us in terms of costs and not having to bring equipment and benefits for the hosting clinic in terms of convenience and complimentary places for the event (or cash in lieu).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Books – if the book is faulty we will replace it at no charge including postage. You may be asked to send the faulty product to us.

Workshops & Webinars: Up until 10 days prior to the event you can transfer your registration to another participant without penalty, but MUST notify us of this change by the 10 day period. If the transferee then pays full registration fees you will be refunded in full. Or you may make financial arrangements between the two of you and advise us of any changes required to invoices or receipts.  After this date, transfers will be at the discretion of Redsok. Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to the event will be refunded in full. Cancellations within the 10-30 day period prior to the event will be partially refunded. An administration fee of $50 or 20% of the registration fee (whichever is the greater) will be retained. Cancellations notified within the 10 days prior to the event will be charged an administration fee of $150 or 50% of the registration fee (whichever is the greater) and the balance will be available as a credit against any Redsok event or product for the subsequent twelve months. In this case the registrant will be entitled to receive any workbooks related to the event. Cancellation received by us within 24 hours of the event will be charged 80% of the registration fee and the balance will be available as a credit for a Redsok event within the subsequent twelve months, and workbooks will be forwarded to the participant.
Failure to attend without 24 hour prior notification will incur full forfeit of the registration fee and any workbooks will be forwarded to the participant. In the event that the event is cancelled by Redsok, a full refund OR full credit to a future event will be provided.

Videos or other downloadables – if our records confirm your inability to access the products all monies paid will be refunded and access privileges revoked. There is no refund available if our systems indicate a successful download has taken place. Loss of material once downloaded, for example due to hard drive failure or accidental deletion, is not warranted under this agreement and replacement would be based on negotiation on a case by case basis.

Appeals – as per the application of natural justice, our customers are invited to appeal any decision covered under this section of our help site. Such matters may include medical evidence of inability to attend or some other extenuating circumstance. Any appeal will be assessed on merit and our first decision will be final.
